Ficamos muito tempo aguardando até perguntar ao pessoal de limpeza. O quarto estava pronto más ficamos na porta sen saber disso."

"The flat is absolutely not what is promoted on Expedia. I rented the flat for my family of four because on Expedia it said that it is suitable for 4 people. However, one of the beds that the flat offers is a sofa-bed that is completely broken. Alongside this, the flat was totally dirty when we arrived. Clogged sink, clogged toilet, dirty floor, and dust everywhere. They describe that they provide bath towels and bed sheets, but they are the WORST quality possible. The owner does NOT talk to you...
