It was our first time visiting Korea, so having friendly and supportive hotel personnel really made a difference. We stayed in April and were lucky to find the hotel on sale when we booked. It turned out to be a great value for the price. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and we truly enjoyed our time there. "Loved our stay at Fraser Place. The washing machine in the room was great as it meant we could pack less and have more luggage space to bring home snacks and souvenirs from Seoul. The location of the hotel was excellent. It’s within walking distance to Myeongdong and Namsan tower and right next to Namdaemun market. There are excellent transport links via buses and the subway. The hotel was clean and facilities were great. Staff were also really welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in Seoul! Thank you Fraser Place!"

"Near hongdae station exit 1, so near the bustle of the area yet not too noisy. Easy check in & out. If you hold the wow pass, they have the machine on the same floor as hotel reception (which had vending machine if you’re lazy to head to CU or GD25 downstairs). The only downside for me was that the pillow was a little soft."

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel New Seoul! The location is perfect - quiet, clean, and conveniently situated near City Hall train station. The concierge lady was very helpful during our evening check-in, making the process smooth and efficient. We appreciated that she even provided us with fresh towels daily, despite us not requiring housekeeping. The hotel's proximity to amenities like CU and Olive Young was a bonus. The hotel's location is also great for exploring nearby attractions on foot. You can walk to Myeong-dong in about 30 minutes. If you're looking for some natural beauty, the famous Cheonggyecheon Stream is just a 15-minute walk behind the hotel. For shopping, Lotte Supermarket at Seoul Station is only three bus stops away. Plus, the airport limousine bus stop is within a 10-minute walk, making travel convenient. We'll definitely be back!"
