"We had everything we needed and had so much fun. Used the outdoor grill twice and had no issues. Saw a few ships as the season was just starting. The views of the lake are the best. Highly recommend!!!"

"Park Point is a gem! The property is clean, safe and beautiful. A warm breakfast and friendly staff make mornings comfortable. Tired after your journey? They have scented, warmed towels for you and a s’mores bar for the littles (ok, and maybe you too!) The pool is warm, the spa hot and the sauna is fire!! We enjoyed a wonderful getaway and we know you will too! "

"Staff were welcoming, helped us with questions we had, and assisted us to make our stay more memorable. Great location to be at when the weather is not ideal because the hotel is connected to an enclosed mall area with restaurants and shops. Beautiful views of the lake and boardwalk too!"

"Great Central comfortable space with nice kitchen and view with very helpful staff. Easy Parking across street at $7 a pop or $10 per day one block north, which is what we used and was fine. "

"Enjoyed our one night staycation and everything was perfect in my opinion! The room was well equipped with everything, the heater and air conditioners were great, overall nice ambiance, hot tub was clean and easy to use. Only thing I felt missing was if there were 2 robes by the tub it’d be 100% otherwise it’s 99.99% perfect! The toiletries were great quality and we added the rest and relax package for and additional $60 which came with 1 hour late checkout and it was absolutely worth it. Loved the cute little gift shop too!"

"WiFi didn’t work our entire stay! The heat would not go above 64 degrees! We paid for full breakfast- we were denied , they stated we didn’t have the added as an extra even tho I showed screen shots of my complete booking and the 35.00 per person charge!! Not to mention room service kept disturbing us all throughout the night, accidentally 4 times came to our room and knocked on the door at 10:30/ 12:30/ 5 am WAKING UP MY SICK ONE YEAR OLD… asking if we need ice bags/towels/ and pillow cases!! Not to mention the hot tub was never available due to over crowding, and low water levels… our cards wouldn’t would in the elevator and the front desk assistant told us to TRY AGAIN.. I’m sure you are not properly doing it. Go try again and we can see what we can do!!! Ummm no can you PMEASE HELP ME.. it’s 8:30pm and I’m trying to sleep. Over all it was a horrible stay.. not to mention the WIFI NEVER WORKED! Which means no relaxation to settle down with the kiddos in the evening!! "
