"This was a "work" trip to visit the coffee farm and get information on importing green coffee. The cottages were very clean and equiped with everything you could need for your stay. The staff didn't speak any English which was a little bit of a barrier since we didn't speak Spanish, but with the help of google translate it worked. "This hotel is declining rapidly. They treat guests with less respect than what their star rating is. Their ‘protocols’ exceed common sense. We stayed 4 night and had to change rooms twice and I didn’t complain. They issued breakfast vouchers and placed dates on them. When we went to use them they said those were the wrong dates. They gave us the cards!! They wrote the wrong dates and wanted us to pay for a simple misunderstanding. "
