"I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Norfolk Downtown, and I have to give the biggest shoutout to the incredible team who made my experience truly wonderful: Dianna, Maria, Barbara, and Mr. Willis. From the moment I arrived, each of them showed such kindness, patience, and genuine care. Travel can be stressful, especially when plans change unexpectedly, and they went out of their way to make everything easier. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful every single time I walked through the lobby. Dianna and Maria were absolute stars at the front desk, welcoming, thoughtful, and always ready to help with a smile. Barbara brought such a calming, friendly energy that instantly made the hotel feel like home. And Mr. Willis was exceptional, professional, gracious, and truly dedicated to making sure guests are taken care of. It’s not often you find a team like this. They turned a tough travel situation into a positive, comforting experience, and I am deeply grateful for each of them. I cannot recommend this location enough, not just for the convenience and comfort, but for the people who make all the difference.
