"Room Airconditioning is not cold for the entire stay. At breakfast, table setting is not set only empty table. Food variation is very limited and the food has too much of pepper."

"The staffs were amazingly polite. I booked room only without the breakfast but they gave me free breakfast anyway. The room was average, cracked wall here and there. A little mold in the bathroom I think it's a common thing in tropical countries. We stayed there for 9 days, they never changed the bed sheets or replaced the coffee cups with the clean ones unless we put the spoons inside the cups. But overall, it was an excellent stay."

"All my reviews are by the Rules & Regulations of Expedia. First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite. Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE. I FELT UNSAFE. NO INTERNET for few HOURS. NO ELECTRICITY for few HOURS. I will NOT GO TO this HOTEL."

"Class is a nice, simple hotel and spa (we didn’t use the spa). It was clean and in a quiet part of town. It was not really walkable to any convenient stores or restaurants (you probably could walk, but there are no sidewalks and as soon as you walk a half-Kilometer, the traffic is pretty heavy - so not too safe). The staff was nice. It had a wet bathroom. We did see ants looking for food - not a big problem if you are careful not to leave crumbs or open food around. We would stay there again -...
