"Breakfast found out after the fact that breakfast had to be paid for instead of complementary although I was given a complementary coffee and much appreciated after a long drive coffee maker in room was small and only worked if you plugged it in, I think that needs to be addressed as well. Other than that staff was very pleasant welcoming and room was clean. Thank you so much"

"Getting in and out of the parking lot is horrible, beds are hard, rooms where barely swept, shower currents are to short so the floor gets soaked. It didn't stink and we didn't see any insects or rodents. They have charged $50 extra on my card for "deposit" that they then said where incidentals and hotel fees. Eh spend more get a better place to stay."

"Cleanliness was great! Staff was kind and attentive. Room service from the restaurant was AMAZING service, quality and taste! Loved how spacious the room was. The mattress was AMAZING. Unfortunately, there was no hody wash, the bathroom was SUPER small for the price and room, and there was only the tinest niche in the shower wall to set items and they fell out over and over and over… toilet lid and shower door SLAMMED shockingly loud (especially shower) if you did not take the time to slowly close manually. And the pillows were twice as high as normal pillows "
