"When arrived at the property the reception said he had no confirmation of the booking. I showed all the emails of booking confirmation made no sense to the receptionist. The pillow covers were stinking fowl. Terrible. No replenishment of toiletries Power tripped 6 times in a day Day 3 power tripped twice Key deposit refund delayed dont know why"
