"What a gem of a hotel in the “Gem City”. The hotel is conveniently located near the delightfully reimagined downtown area, including local eateries and breweries. The neighborhood architecture has been maintain and upgraded, and this hotel fits nicely in it. The room was very comfortable with modern amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel, including the bar and restaurant located on the top floor to anyone traveling to Dayton for business or pleasure."

Excellent location, easy uber or even Dayton RTA to downtown and the MV hospital! Breakfast was pretty okay, and there are lots of food options within a short walking distance. "The area was close to the highway. It had some eating options within walking distance. The laundry facility was also convenient. Maybe would suggest a laundry supply vending machine in the facility. Internet connection was good. The Bed was very clean and comfortable."
