"This was a clean and well kept hotel. I would have given it all high marks except for 2 detriments: the lack of coffee maker in the room and the dry hard biscuit with the sausage and biscuits in the morning. I do understand why hotels don't put coffee makers in the rooms but I prefer ones that do. The biscuit had probably sat too long in the warmer."

"Staff was excellent . One hard work in Jack . From bar tending to excellent breakfast the next day . The room was clean but the lobby needs an overhaul . Furniture was worn . Carpet in hallways also need to be replaced. Pool should be updated as well. The staff I give five stars ."

"The staff was friendly, the rooms look to be recently updated. Ours was clean and the beds were comfy. Beyond that, everything is very basic (small towels, no tissues in the room, no storage space, etc). My biggest "complaint" was that although we were in a no smoking room on a no smoking floor our room smelled like smoke every night we walked in (and weed at least once). While getting ready in the AM the smell of smoke was often coming in through a vent in the bathroom. If you are very sensitive to this, I would not recommend. We were there 5 nights."

"Hot tub jets were not working properly. The entire pool area needs repair and paint! Ceiling needs to be finished properly. Toilet is toooooo low to the ground! Please consider replacing it.. Breakfast was decent. Real scrambled eggs. Coffee was the worst! I had grounds in my cup! A hotel maintenance man entered our room WITHOUT EVEN KNOCKING!! I don't understand why....we didn't put a service call in!? Overall, not worth $188 a night!! Maybe, $89...."

"Staff was very helpful. They answered questions, held my bags after checkout, scheduled and provided ride to train depot. Room was good. Food was very good at onsite restaurants (Lindsay's served breakfast and the pub and grill served lunch and dinner). One elevator was out of service and could have come in handy since the place was crowded."

"We had never stayed at a Drury Inn before, but my brother recommended it as mid-trip stop between Arkansas and Wisconsin. The room was nice, clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Eventhough we were on the freeway side the traffic noise was not noticeable during the night. Was not sure what expect for the dinner or hot breakfast buffet but it was definitely a perk. It was nice after a long drive to check in, eat dinner (chicken fajitas and nachos) and settle in for the night. Then have a nice hot breakfast (waffles, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits & gravy) before continuing on our road trip. Would definitely stay again."
