"This property is perfect! My only complaint is that when I booked it stated that we would have free breakfast and upon arrival they stated that we did not have breakfast included in our stay. Pretty disappointed but it did not take away from the beauty and cleanliness at this hotel"

"Very disappointed in the aesthetics of the room in the artist tower. It felt awful waking up in the morning and looking at a concrete ceiling that looked unfinished. And also the corner pillars that were concrete and unfinished.There was no luggage rack to put your suitcase on and no closets. It felt like you were in an unfinished room. Most hotels allow you to use their steam & sauna rooms without an extra charge. The staff was very courteous and excellent, and the cleanliness of the place was good. You should warn people before they book of the unfinished look of the room. I never would have book there. Our older children booked though you but we're in the other tower and their room were nice ."

Spacious, New Renovation | Near T

"The property is spacious, newly renovated and near the T as advertised, but it is not a 10. It's a solid 8.5. We had dust throughout. It looks like if 1 party doesn't use a room, housekeeping let's it go so some of the smaller rooms upstairs had dirty filters and lots of dust. Notice that there are no pictures of the outside posted? That's because the outside is not well maintained. The front and back yards are ugly and both have "stuff" stored, like the 5 gallon Home Depot container that greeted us and remained near the front door. There is a grill, but it is shared with the other unit, and it is in the unkept backyard. The door to the front deck is nailed shut and unusable. The toilet paper holders in most of the bathrooms don't work - they fall off upon use. The lights flickered when we used the iron (upstairs bedroom, first on the right) and the blender tripped a circuit. At this price point, there should be matching wine glasses and other amenities (shampoo, body lotion) that just weren't included. My group had a great trip, we rolled with it, but more work needs to be done to get the 10."
