"My wife, my son, and I stayed one night while helping him move in for his first year at the University of North Georgia. We had reserved a room with two double beds, and it also included a pull-out couch, which comfortably accommodated our family. We definitely staying there again."

"Bed sheets had hair, stains, and crumbs. Had to ask them to change the sheets. Room next door had a revolving door. People in and out at all hours and loud. "

"What a beautiful & serene setting! This house is situated on the lake with woods all around. The home itself creates a feeling of coziness although it is very large and can sleep up to 15 depending on just how cozy you want to be. It is immaculate & has a nice, well stocked kitchen. There’s not much that you need that’s not there. The bed we slept in was extremely comfortable & our family stated their beds were comfy as well. The host (Joni) was extremely friendly, easy to communicate with/timely responses & saw to it that our needs were met. We look forward to returning to this beautiful, well appointed home. "

"The property is great. The road outside needs to be fixed. This is no fault of the property owner. The location is a little hidden. Loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It was a very neat and clean property. "

"First impressions approaching the property I thought I was driving through a crime neighborhood. The street potholes will mess up your alignment. Now. The unit itself outside looked liked it was in a crime neighborhood. The unit inside was awesome its remodeled to almost luxury status. The interior smelled good and clean. You'd never know how beautiful the inside was based on the outside. I think the owner has a few things to learn about hospitality. They need to provide tissues. Using an ultraviolet light to examine for bodily fluids and soap residue not seen by normal light reveals more attention is needed to cleaning.
