"We rented this house during a visit to our student ups. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood. It is walking distance to several coffee shops. And it is only a few minutes from the university. Perfect location."

"Needed a place to sleep 5 for a visit to UPS family weekend. We cooked one night and had take out another night. The place fit our needs, great location in what felt like a safe neighborhood. Hot tub was a bonus and a nice way to end afternoons of exploring. There were enough pots/pans for eating in. Coffee was stocked. Everything was clean and functional. "

"Great location, very quiet. Beds were very comfortable and all of the linens were excellent. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages on arrival were such a nice feature. Although we didn't cook - the kitchen was super well stocked with everything you would need. I have never seen a VRBO more childproofed than this one! Such a comfortable place and would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat!"

"This place is by far the very BEST! It is very clean, has so much color, very comfortable, has BIG rooms, and is a hidden gem! It is very spacious, and each room has so much to offer! The property manager is very quick to respond and is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place. It is also located in a quiet area! The backyard is an oasis full of treasures. It is very peaceful and relaxing! We will definitely come back when we are in town. Overall rating of 5 "
