"Young lady who checked me in was amazing. All the rest of the staff were pleasant. Building was in great shape. Maybe time for some new mattresses, one of my two was super squishy, luckily the second one was firm. And the breakfast was good."

"When I checked in, I was assigned a room. When I went to the room, it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest (I've attached a photo). They moved me to a room next door, where the toilet was leaking, and the pump would kick on every 30 seconds or so. The front desk attendant had a look at it, but he was able to slow the leak, so it turned on every 5 minutes. So I had to put on a white-noise app on my phone to try to mask the sound so I could get to sleep. Also, there are no outlets anywhere near the head of the bed (they're all on the far side of the room). I have to sleep with a medical device and had to rearrange the nightstands to cobble together a solution. Also, I try to charge my phone (which I use as a clock and an alarm) on the nightstand, so now I have to charge it on the far side of the room. What a terrible design choice."
