Apartment 'Am Bach' with Private Terrace, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The modern and family-friendly apartment is approx. 81 m² in size. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The comforters are extra-long (155x220cm). A baby crib can be booked free of charge on request. In the living room there is a pull-out couch, a flat screen, Blue Ray player and a modern dining area. There is a play corner with coloring material and games for the little ones. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, children's crockery and various kitchen utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, WC, washing machine, child seat, stool for the little ones, hairdryer and towels.

Our modern 3-room apartment of approx. 81 square meters is located on the upper floor of our house and has a separate entrance. A direct parking space is available. The house is quietly located in a traffic-calmed development area of the climatic health resort of Unterkirnach at an altitude of approx. 850 m. Unterkirnach is a family-friendly community, centrally located in the Black Forest. The Aqualino indoor swimming pool and the play barn (indoor playground) are approx. 10 minutes' walk from our vacation apartment. The adventure hiking trail "Wie wohnt Wasser" (How water lives) passes right by our property. Popular excursion destinations can be reached quickly: Europa-Park in Rust, Badeparadies Schwarzwald in Titisee-Neustadt, Bodensee - Affenberg in Salem, Pfahlbaumuseum, a visit to the city of Freiburg, Wilhelma in Stuttgart, various hiking trails, e.g. in the Wutachschlucht gorge and the Triberg waterfalls.
