Apartment 'Fuchsbau' with Lake View and Balcony

Enjoy peace, nature, and comfort in this lovingly furnished 2-room holiday apartment in the health resort of Unterkirnach in the Black Forest. The accommodation is ideal for families, couples, and business travelers.



The modern, 60 m² apartment accommodates up to four guests. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed and dining table. A private outdoor parking space is also included.



The fully equipped kitchen offers a stove, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine (Nespresso and French Press), kettle, and toaster. The bathroom is fitted with a window, bathtub, hairdryer, and washing machine.



Wi-Fi, TV, Bluetooth speaker, baby cot, high chair, drying rack, as well as iron and ironing board are available. A basic selection of toys and books for children is also provided.



Enjoy your private balcony with a lake view and green surroundings. The Talsee is just a few minutes away—perfect for walks, relaxing, or fishing. The area invites you to explore the wild plant park and nature trails.



Discover the adventure trail "How Does Water Live", visit the large play barn Unterkirnach, pet animals at a nearby farm, and use the adventure playgrounds. The region offers easy access to the Triberg Waterfalls (15 km), Europa-Park (90 km), Lake Constance (75 km), and Freiburg (60 km). Swimming options are nearby.

In der gemütlich, modernen Ferienwohnung ist wirklich an alles gedacht

Pros: Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer schnell zu erreichen, sowohl vorab, als auch während des Aufenthalts. Check-In und Check-Out verliefen unkompliziert und reibungslos. Wir haben uns immer sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Darüber hinaus war die ganze Ferienwohnung super ausgestattet: Bücher, Spiele, Ausflugstipps, Fernseher etc. Alles genau wie auf der Beschreibung. Für bis zu 4 Erwachsene toll benutzbar! Perfekt sauber! Die Lage im Ort ist hervorragend! Wir kommen unbedingt wieder.
