"No, our room looked out to a dingy parking lot. The hallways, main areas, room were dirty and not attractive at all. The bar and restaurant were empty and not appealing at all. The only redeeming part of the hotel was the walk along the waterfront. Hotel was a complete disappointment. "

"Fair sized room right on the doorstep for City centre, museums, wharfs. Washing machine in Queen suite, and a bigger machine available if required. Spotless. Parking available if booked everyone very friendly. Wifi worked for us no problems. Upgrading air con so will be even more comfortable.

"Good downtown location. Used the pool and hot tub both of which were nice. Our Ferry out the next day was 3.5 hours late so they let us leave our car in the parking garage (we had valet parking the previous day) all the next day at no additional cost. Cooked in the kitchenette but the dinner menu looked good. The washer/dryer did not work well so beware."

"One night stay. Very conveniently situated for the Bluebridge Ferry terminal. Having checked in and used the lift to our room we found we'd been allocated a room type that differed to the one we'd booked and paid forin advance. Reception was surprised that I wasn't happy with one double bed, even though I'd booked a room with two double beds. I had to insist on being moved."

"The hotel is located across the street from both the Train station and the Ferry Terminal making it very convenient if you have to take an early train or have a late ferry arriving into Wellington. The cleaniness leaves a lot to be desired. Our bathroom was filthy (specially the bathtub). We were so tired that we only used the sink to wash our face & hands. the toilet was OK. The room itselft was good too however one of the window panes were broken. I'm not sure if I'd go back again to this property."
