"The property had its own pet dog, which my son got to go and have pats with! We didn't have our own pets there so not applicable from our end. We only used the upstairs area of the house so can't comment on overall facilities. Pool did look nice for a dip if it was summer though!"

Hot water at best lukewarm 3. No tea towels Communication with managers terrible, no issues solved Some compensation would be appropriate"
