Sleep comes easy across three restful bedrooms plus a versatile single bunk room/study—comfortably accommodating up to six. Warm in winter and cool in summer, the home is insulated too and features both a wood burner and a heat pump for year‑round comfort. Practical touches—ample off‑street parking for a couple of cars and a boat, plus room for all the holiday gear—keep the stay hassle‑free. Bathroom facilities are well presented for a comfortable stay.

Set in a safe, serene spot, Kettle House is just a few minutes’ walk to Heaphy Vineyard’s cellar door and light eatery, and the quaint Sarau village of Upper Moutere with the historic Upper Moutere Inn, General Store, boutique shops, local produce, arts and crafts, and great coffee. Venture 7 minutes to coastal Mapua, 15 minutes to Richmond and Motueka—the gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park coastal track and marine reserve—and around an hour to Nelson Lakes National Park. This is Tasman at its most tempting.
