"Everything was great about the room and hotel, including the main bed, pool, and basketball court. The breakfast was honestly the best I've seen like this, including even berries and pop-tarts for the kids. However, the pullout bed was atrocious and uncomfortable for my poor boys. It sagged and had springs in the mattress that could be felt."

I stood there waiting for someone close to 7min and when she finally appeared there was no apology for wait etc. The breakfast lady was so sweet and kind!! The rooms are spacious and clean. At this visit no shampoo/soap/lotion was provided."
