"Die Rezeption ist schwr zu ginden, da diese von einem anderen Hotel mit bearbeitet wird. Dort wurde dann allerdings freundlich geholfen. Das 3 Personen Zimmer ist klein und hatte kein wlan. Die Klimaanlage istvin einer Nische verbaut und kühlt somit nur einen kleinen Teil des Zimmers. Unser Zimmer hatte keinen Seeblick und ab 6.15 wurde es auf der Straße sehr laut, so dass man nicht schlafen konnte.dss Frühstück wird in einem kleinen Café eingenommen und besteht nur aus kaffee und einem...

"The hotel was lovely as were the staff. The breakfast was lovely, I ate in the wonderful outdoor bar. I also ate dinner in the restaurant and that was good too. Great facilities, very clean and beautiful rooms. The location directly around the hotel doesn’t have much to offer, but there are plenty of great places to visit within a 10 to 15 minute drive. And of course the train station is next door."

"The hotel provided what we needed! A comfortable and clean room and close to many good places. There is also a cafe/restaurant downstairs which opens until late and their staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel staff was also helpful just by one phone call away. Self check-in/check-out were smooth and easy. We really enjoyed the stay!"

"Great location for travelling through the area with good free parking immediately outside. Complementary coffee, water and cake in reception is a nice touch. Very close to a good service station with associated restaurant serving a nice rangebof meals at reasonable prices. The only issue ue we have is that the pillows in the bedrooms are not the most comfortable."

"We were graded when we arrived and all the amenities were explained the hostess walked us to us our room and showed us all the features of the room. The room was clean pretty and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was marvelous, and staff was very responsive. Location was right by the train station, which was great as well as by the lake even better."

"This is a lovely boutique hotel located in the beautiful town of Giubiasco by a green centra piazza and was excellent for exploring nearby Bellinzona and easy to get into Lugano. Friendly staff, a spacious and clean room with nice decor. Enjoyed a lovely evening meal and glass of wine at the restaurant too. Very happy with my short stay ."
