"Stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting friends. Superb location just next to the train station - great after a long day travelling with kids. Location is super for everything you need to do and see in Uppsala too. We are in the restaurant on the first night after a busy day and it’s a great menu with good kids choices. We travelled as a family of young children (7&4) and the staff were amazing with them. It’s got great touches like a small play area made under the stairs that’s visible from the restaurant - perfect to let them play whilst having another beer. Breakfast was super and a great range - only slight criticism would be that the hot breakfast was a bit uninspiring - but this was made up for by all the other cold options. Room was great, we had 4 beds made up for us and it was a little tight with not a huge amount of storage but we managed fine using our bags. Bathroom was brill and the underfloor heating was a nice touch. We’ve stayed in Radissons a couple of times now and they’ve always been exactly what we need for a family city break. "

"Very impressed by this property. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room view was amazing. All amenities we could ask for. We have special diet restrictions and during breakfast the staff was able to find extra food for us. Definitively above and beyond in many ways."

"Utterly lovely hotel in Uppsala in a beautiful location near the cathedral and parks, quiet yet only a short walk to the centre and the station. Staff were friendly and helpful, nice breakfast, great little bar and super comfy rooms. A very human place."

"This was in a central location and it was perfect for us. "

"The hotel is a bit dated and probably needs some major renovation soon. However overall, our stay was pleasant and in our expectations with Scandic. The room was clean, though smelled a bit dusty. Bathroom is spacious with a really good shower. The beds were pretty comfortable. So we were to refresh ourselves before we had to continue our journey the next day. Unfortunately too early to have breakfast. Instead we had breakfast box waiting for us at checkout. While the location of the hotel is not that convenient in order to explore Uppsala, it is great when passing through with an EV as there are plenty of 11kW Mer electrical car chargers in front of the hotel."
