"Terrible beds! Woke up with a severe backache. I don’t think the mattresses have ever been replaced. We sunk in them. Was told at check in there was no breakfast included and it was all a la Carte in the morning. We didn’t go to the dining room as a result. On checkout I mentioned that I was disappointed about the breakfast. Was then told that there was a free continental breakfast included from 7-10am. We missed that! Very annoying. Folks this place is tired!! The staff don’t seem that enthusiastic either. I’d pass on this place."

"They lost my reservations and blamed me for using a third party competitor, half of the reserved rooms weren't even ready at check in, only one working ice machine, breakfast was in the dirty basement, the manager never called back when trying to reserve rooms at a group rate, and they charged 4 additional rooms to my credit card which took us calling them multiple times for them to finally fix it. Never again. Thy Hyatt is right next door, go there."

"The evening staff did not inform me that we had to reserve the shuttle. Fortunately, the morning staff was able to get me on an early shuttle."

"The hotel is okay I bring my son often he loves the pool the galleria mall is also right out the back door so it's easy to access you just walk across the parking lot the staff is pretty good I really just don't like that the pool room isn't always heated sometimes it's really cold and the pool itself it's sometimes cold as well overall we will stay again it's not a bad hotel and the weekday prices are good too"
