"Everything about this trip was great, from the booking, picking up the 'key', the house, proximity to beach, and communication. We asked for a late checkout (if possible) and the company called back twice allowing us to take our time on the beach and checking out. Highly recommend! Our Doberman also loved everything about this place!!"

"As mentioned in many reviews, the view is phenomenal as you are, literally, right on the sand. You get priceless sunsets from the comfort of your large deck, complete with several chairs for taking it all in.The house was spotless, linens comfy and soft, the kitchen was fully equipped with every single thing we needed to make a family holiday meal. The wood-burning fireplace is the only "real" heat upstairs but warmed the place nicely and quickly. The upstairs layout was ideal for our family gathering...cozy and yet open at the same time. It was not ideal to NOT have interior, direct access to the downstairs but we knew the situation going in and were able to make it work with little nuisance factor. The only other negative a couple times was the smell of the holding tank when down on the lower outdoor space.Management was AMAZING. They responded immediately to any question and went out of their way several times to provide information in a timely manner. They even made a special trip to take pictures of everything the kitchen had so we could plan our holiday meal. Overall, it was a lovely home for a small family gathering and THE PERFECT house to enjoy the ocean and sunsets. We look forward to renting it again. "

"Cute and cozy cottage. Location cannot be beat - direct access to dog friendly beach. We had everything we needed for a relaxing few days and our dogs loved the backyard and beach walks. "

"Don is super communicative and welcoming. The house is just as described with lots of sleeping options for our crew, and the kitchen is fully stocked (and then some). The hot tub is a nice treat, and everything inside and out is well-maintained. We loved the location and everything about Stinson Beach. Our crew of four adults, six kids, and one dog were sad to leave this great property."

"Everything was just as advertised. A great house and fun, unique bar area in 2nd separate structure in back yard. The house was well stocked and very cozy. The fireplace added warmth and was the center of the comfortable living room for our family. "

"The home is uniquely wonderful in both the architecture and location. I especially loved the loft bedrooms for the morning views right onto the beach. My friend and I both turning 60 and we agreed that we couldn't have chosen a more magical location to celebrate. "
