"Many issues with my room. Couch was stained badly, office chair was stained badly, room would not secure when we were not in the room. Had to take items back to vehicle when we left for concert and then had to bring them back in once we got back to the hotel. bathroom door handle was broken and bathroom door would not latch. The heating/ac unit didn't work. there was hair all in the "clean" towels. There was a booger on the inside of the shower curtain. there were stains on the wall. The...

"Staff was super nice! I stayed New Years Eve and the staff put out a "snack" bar for the evening! Room was spacious and clean, too!"

"The room was nasty. The floor was not swept. There was dirt and food all over the floor. The sheets were dirty. The lady at the front desk was rude at check in. Very unhappy. I would really like a refund."

"It’s a wonderful place. The rooms were fantastic. The shower is beyond belief. The Casino is big and has everything you could possibly want very first class."

"We understood the hotel was under construction, but we wish we had been informed ahead of time that the elevator was not working. We traveled with our elderly parents, and having them take the stairs was difficult. Aside from that, the room was clean. The television did flicker and fade out quite a bit. On a positive note, the staff were exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable about promotions and rewards."
