"very clean and very friendly staff. would love to come back, great price"

"👍 Parking lot in front of hotel room"

"Everything was very good."

"The property is well maintained and appears to have been recently renovated. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the buffet dinner, especially the locally sourced beef. The onsen was also nice, although it was smaller than those at some other onsen hotels. There is one indoor pool and one outdoor pool, so the facilities are relatively limited in size. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable stay with...

"Polite staff and clean room. The toilet and the bath/shower were in separate rooms. Overall very nice place to stay."

"Great place to stay on a budget!"

"It was such a relaxing stay! Onsen tub in the room was great! Staffs are super helpful and friendly. They are professional and polite."

"Lovely hotel. Fantastic staff. Highly recommended.."

"Very enjoyable stay, great food and modern rooms"

"5/5 - Absolutely wonderful stay! We had an amazing experience at this villa. The communication was excellent—the hosts responded incredibly fast to any questions we had. The place was absolutely spotless and clean. We loved it so much that we’ve already decided to stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Relax time so good!"

"Blood stain on sheets, chair broken, smokers on non-smoking floor, mattress & pillows hard as bricks, room adjacent to main road so noisy, no dining, breakfast is a cold bento box. Good shower and staff."

"Good location and clean. "

"Expedia and their site says they have free airport shuttle...they do not. Someone needs to update now. Carpets were worn out in the halls. The service and friendlyness of the staff is what makes this hotel worth staying at. Also room was huge. "

"A very nice traditional Japanese style hotel with a large outdoor hot spring pool. "

"Good hotel"

"The breakfast was delicious. The room was dated, the furniture and carpet stained and it had a musky smell. We attended a wedding at the hotel and that was fabulous, but it seems that they only care about the wedding business and not about their hotel rooms."

"Such a great place to stay! So close to the bathhouses, shops, and park, but also tucked away enough to have a good night sleep. They have AC for when it gets hot at night. The hosts were 10/10! Really friendly and helpful in recommending places to go and see in town and nearby."

"Room was spacious. Onsen was good. Great dinner at restaurant nearby. Staff is not 24-7 at the hotel. Self check-in and check-out at the machine, everything is self-served. Enjoyed quiet environment at the hotel for 2 nights. Good for refreshing trip."
