"Die Wohnung war sauber und toll ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Aussicht aus den großen Fenstern ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Parkplatz vor der Wohnung ein Pluspunkt. Lediglich die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war recht spärlich, aber das liegt im Auge des Betrachters. "The first room they gave me still had someone's belongings in there. I assume they gave me someone else's room. They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. "Nice modern rooms. Just be aware that there is no A/C. Check-in instructions are provided and pretty straightforward. Rooms can be a bit noisy due to having the windows open for ventilation/cooling. Location is great thanks to the bus stops to downtown and the Cannstater Wassen being 2 minutes away walking distance. Grocery store downstairs and a cool bar with a large patio up the street. Overall a great place to stay."

Comfortable bed, strong shower, but sometimes a bad smell coming from the drain. Doors close very loudly, so maybe bring earplugs. The door to the common hallway slams loudly, so request a room at the far end of the corridor. Note: you need a smartphone for this place, as you receive your door code by email at 3 pm to check in, and if you don’t have a wifi signal it can be tricky. I logged on to the public wifi in the shopping mall across the street. You also check out with your phone."
