We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more special. Breakfast was so delicious!! The hotel also offers a variety of tours at very convenient prices. Everything was well organized, and the tour guides were professional, responsible, and attentive throughout the experience. Overall, everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

The breakfast selection could have been more varied. In addition, we believe the room cleaning service could have been more thorough, particularly when it came to vacuuming the floors. We noticed this because a soda bottle cap was left on the floor and ended up hurting our foot. However, we would like to highlight the waiter’s excellent service. He was extremely patient, friendly, and welcoming throughout our experience, which is the main reason we are giving this review three stars. Overall, we feel that the cleanliness and housekeeping service could be improved, while the staff’s warm and attentive service was greatly appreciated.

Staying in the cave was the best experience of my life. Although it gets a little humid inside after taking a shower, the facilities were excellent. Especially, the view from the dining room was spectacular, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, we had a very satisfying stay.

Otelin iki işletmecisi de son derece güler yüzlü, kibar ve misafirperverdi. Her sorumuzda hemen yardımcı oldular, neye ihtiyacımız varsa ilgilendiler. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik.
