Nos fue muy pésimo. Primero en la reserva quedo que el cobro se haría en el hotel, pero hicieron el cobro un mes antes. Nos indicaron dos días antes de llegar que se les había dañado la planta eléctrica y nos enviaron a un hotel malisimo y por lo tanto solo nos quedamos dos noches por lo cual nos dijeron que nos devolverían el valor de la noche no usada mas la diferencia por el hotel más barato.
Después de tres semanas no hicieron la devolución a pesar de que por Whatsapp nos decían que ya casi. Este mismo caso le hicieron a otra persona al consultar los comentarios por Google. Hotels.com responde por algo de esto? para mi es una estafa.
