"Apparent recent rehab--room had new counter surfaces and bath was new. Heating unit was a little noisy but worked well. Headboard for bed was wonky--twin size headboard on a queen size bed. Bed was very comfortable. Door needed sealing. Had two sinks--very good feature. Had microwave and refrigerator. Overall very good, and will stay again. "

"Cabin was perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable. As pictured and upto date. These will definitely be on our list of places to stay next time in the area.Our host had the heaters running for us before we got on location because there was a huge cold snap this weekend and it was amazing to finish a long day of driving to a warm amd clean stay.It was a bare bones home. Great for a place to use as base camp but wouldnt recommended it if needed it for more of an "stay on location" type of a rental. With that said there is enough essentials as far as cooking equipment and pots/pans you can easily prepare a few meals there. Basic setup. Would need to bring your own salt/pepper/cooking oils....but that kinda like most rentals.Definitely 10 out of 10 for our stay and needs.Host came by in the morning to check on us because the cold snap was so bad. Two of the cabins (one that we we in) take the brutal winds and suffer from freezing water lines to the back half of the cabin(unfortunately where the bathroom is) when we woke up the sink and shower line we frozen but the toilet was still good to go. Host already mentioned he might have to shut those two down for the winters as it is unpredictable when those bad cold fronts come. Even with that "issue" (was a big deal for us) so so so happy with our stay."

"The cabin had all that our family needed for the weekend. The size of the cabin is very unassuming but quite large and spacious. Enough for everyone to have their own space. Excellent "

"This property is a shining jewel for Vrbo. We loved this cozy little cabin. It was a great place to disconnect from the world and reconnect with each other. We prepared our first Thanksgiving dinner together in the kitchen and had all the necessities. I would recommend arriving before dusk to find the property. It can be a little tricky. We were struggling, but Artie came right out and directed us to the walkway. We loved walking our husky over the river and through the woods behind the cottage. Sunset views from the living room out over the pond were beautiful. We finished our dinner with a fire by the pond and enjoyed smores for dessert. Great memories were made!"
