"Beautiful hotel! "

"Need a car to stay there due to limited dining and getting into main centre"

"You have to walk down to another hotel to check in. Sitting outside to wait for my partner to get the key, I did not feel this was the best of areas. There was a funky/musty smell that was quite off-putting in the entrance hall but the bedroom area was good. The nearest restaurant is a kilometre away. "This is a very quiet place in a residential neighborhood. The rooms are small and the staff seemed confused when I asked for 2 beds as ordered, but quickly found a solution. The location is relatively far from all the action, and it is best to have a car. The river view from the top floor is charming."

"What a great hotel 👍 A lovely, historic building in the centre of a gorgeous town with very friendly locals, supermarkets , pubs and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and there is free gated private parking. Breakfast was sooo good. Plus it’s dog friendly (€13.50 supplement) We had a smashing stay and would be delighted to recommend it to everyone. ❤️"

The breakfast was very good, with a surprisingly wide selection for a three-star hotel. We stayed in a standard double room, and it was much bigger than we expected. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and we would definitely recommend this hotel."
