Facing southeast on a footpath and green spaces, northwest of the car park, this property is particularly immune to noise.
The large living room (30 m2) overlooks a lovely terrace, quiet, where you can dine and relax. The master bedroom overlooks the terrace and the kitchen.
From here there are views of green spaces and the small coastal river Untxin.
In the nursery there are two bunk beds and a separate bed (sleeps 3).
