Push open the doors of our family cocoon! Nestled in the heart of the authentic district of Sokoa, this 70 m² Basque house has been completely renovated to guarantee you a cosy stay, all just 10 minutes from the ocean.
You enjoy a real little corner of paradise with a 30 m² garden and two terraces for your meals in the open air or your reading moments in the sun.

The accommodation
The ground floor is built around a bright living room combining a living room, dining room and kitchen, with an adjoining terrace and a laundry room with WC.
On the garden level (level -1), you will find two bedrooms opening onto a terrace and a garden, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.
The sleeping area and the garden are accessible by a spiral staircase:
A spacious first bedroom with a 160 cm bed.
A second bedroom equipped with two single beds.
For your comfort, we have chosen to offer you a quality service: linen is provided and your beds will be carefully prepared for your arrival.

Please note: The charm of the spiral staircase imposes certain constraints, so the accommodation is not recommended for the elderly or people with reduced mobility.
