The only hiccups was the “check-in system” was not working properly when we were doing the check in after the working hours. However, we managed to seek help from this bar at the lobby. "Everything was excellent except for the non working AC. While the outside temperature was 79 and the room overheated, the registration desk was talking about heating still taking place.
