"The biggest hotel room / suite I ever stayed. Very well appointed and clean. Some cheap furnishings, but overall is very good. Breakfast to order, you can have it at the restaurant downstairs or they can bring it to your room. "The bad 1) Reception never responded to my request for a pick-up before arrival 2) Room's carpet had blood stains on it 3) Room smelled like a sewer when I first entered 4) Breakfast food is horrendous. Staff are rude. They stand around and giggle, no customer service. 5) pool area needs a lot of remodelling. also needs staff available to service guests. The good 1) Location 2) Laundry/pressing staff are very nice "
