O local é bonito e o chalé no qual ficamos também. Razoavelmente confortável e preparado para o frio, a cama excelente, água quente suficiente na banheira e no chuveiro. No geral boas condições. O local é afastado e há bastante privacidade. A propriedade oferece amenidades de banheiro, toalhas e roupão, lenha para o calefator, etc. Contudo, o forro do telhado do chalé estava habitado por morcegos que faziam bastante barulho, tanto durante o dia quanto à noite, atrapalhando consideravelmente o sono. Além disso, as cortinas são insuficientes para vedar a luz substancialmente e o chalé fica bastante claro já ao amanhecer. A porta do banheiro, translúcida, também contribui para essa situação. Por fim, o café da manhã deixa a desejar, produtos de qualidade mediana, não havia café e o "café" disponível no chalé era muito ruim ou talvez fosse cevada. O leite estava azedo. Atendimento na média mas não surpreendeu. A estadia foi boa mas o sono ficou prejudicado. Talvez não incomode a todos, mas nos deixou uma impressão pior do que poderia ser, dado o potencial do local, que é bonito e agradável. Ficam como sugestão de melhorias para a propriedade.
