Cove Cabin Retreat, Private and Peaceful

"This cabin was the perfect little retreat! It was clean and well kept. Angie was super nice and always quick to respond to any questions. Great location, it had a short nature trail behind the cabin, and it was about a mile away from the little black sands beach. My phone didn’t have any service there so the wifi was greatly appreciated. There’s only a mini fridge, which worked well for me as a solo traveler but might be a good heads up for anyone traveling in a group."

"The room was immaculate and the property was located right on the water. We were able to watch the birds, whales and sea lions. A gorgeous view of the ocean and sunset, and you can also walk down to the black sands beach, which reminded us of the one in Iceland. The staff corresponded well via email. The restaurants nearby had great food selection as well. It was a lovely and relaxing stay and I would 100% recommend this place. The hundreds of switchbacks (lol!) you have to drive to get here are worth it!"

"It’s an older cottage but it’s on a cliff with the most amazing views!!! It was very clean. Bring dish soap and dish rags to wash dishes and wipe off counters. Dan was awesome on everything . Beach is so close. Maybe 5 minutes to the sand. Campground nearby never bothered us at all. No seaweed. Smooth beautiful sand. I saw lots of starfish at low tide. The last night my husband put the trash in the recycling can not the bear proof one. At 2:00 am my dogs were barking. Guess what! Two bears. I’m so glad my husband put them in the wrong can. They didn’t stay long unfortunately. I will definitely go back!"
