Very clean with friendly staff. Beautiful view from restaurant. Breakfast was OK, but I didn’t really like the food at the restaurant, so I would go downtown for food. Location is a bit inconvenient.

Beautiful but isolated

The view of the city and bay is amazing. The hotel is away from the city and doesn’t offer local restaurants and shopping unless you take a taxi into town.

Great rooms high up the hill overlooking the city and waterfront. Terrific staff. Just be aware if you want to walk downtown it’s about a 30 minute walk with steep uphill on the return.

The hotel was extremely over priced and we had a terrible experience. The walls were paper thin and every noise was super loud. Every morning we were woken up at 7 by breakfast noises. And the noise from the restaurant lasted until 11pm. One day they shut off our hot water with no warning. When we called, it took 2 hours to get it back on and after it was brown water. They told us that was normal and wouldn't do anything about it. The hotel is very far from everything and they don't allow you to bring food into the rooms. So you either have to drive back into town for food or eat at their restaurant. The restaurant was fine, but the breakfast was terrible. Everything was dried out and cold. When we complained about not having water and the noise, we were told the room was non refundable, so they would do nothing to compensate us. Save yourself hassle, money, and stress and stay somewhere else.

Incrível hotel, muito confortável, limpo, com uma vista linda, numa região que quase sempre estará com neve no inverno, a cidade inteira secou e lá era o único lugar da cidade (além das montanhas) que tinha neve. Único ponto negativo era o café da manhã, que era bem fraco, com poucas opções. Pão, presunto, queijo, ovos, uns biscoitos e quitutes medianos e só.

Hotel velho, cansado, ultrapassado, sem nada para fazer, muito mal localizado, mas o pior mesmo era o blackout inexistente, vc era obrigado a acordar cedo, o quarto também era muito quente, não possui ar condicionado, enfim jamais voltaria.

Ushuaia em Alto padrão!!!!!!

Experiência excelente!!!!!!! O atendimento foi top, desde o check-in, passando pelo conforto do quarto e a educação dos atendentes. Bastante solicitos. A localização proporciona uma vista panorâmica da cidade, tanto no café da manhã quanto no anoitecer. Há que se destacar também os serviços de chamada de táxi e o do restaurante. Excelente comida!!!!!!

Hotel com linda vista, mas afastado do centro

O hotel é bem confortável, quarto amplo e linda vista. Café da manhã com opções variadas, incluindo diversos itens da culinária local. No entanto o hotel é longe do centro e precisa de táxi (embora não seja caro). O atendimento necessita de melhorias, o check in carece de informações necessárias quanto ao horário do café, uso do restaurante e comunicação com a recepção, o ideal seria algo por escrito. O restaurante do hotel precisa de reserva (mesmo para quem é hóspede) e tem um menu com poucas opções.

Its very ok.
