The view was great overlooking the bay and (for now) there were no tall buildings in front, so I was very happy. However, don't expect too much in terms of cleanliness. The room I stayed in had a very hard time unlocking the front door, sandy floors, missing blinds, a slightly moldy bed, and a broken bedside light and USB port. This apartment might be a good choice for a large group, but if you're traveling alone like me, there are better options.

We had a phenomenal experience here. The staff was friendly, check in was flexible and helpful, apartment itself was clean and beautiful with an incredible view of the city. Would gladly stay here again.

Incredible visit, unforgettable views!

Great location, amazing views! We had all the basics necessary for our stay. Flexibility during check out was a huge plus. Wish our check in instructions were sent to us. Glad other guests helped us with a number to reach in order to do our check in. Overall happy with our stay.

Nice view, nice apartment, service not so good.

The check in process was not good. We waited about 4 hours…. The manager showed up after two hours. A guest had to let us in the building. The view from our apartment was awesome and we were very close to the Main Street which was down one block. Our bed was very hard. Neither one of us slept well at night and the TV was not working. I did finish two books though. :) If you have an urgent problem, good luck. The main contact person is very hard to reach.

They might steal guests' money - nobody should stay here. I have travelled all over the world and stayed hundreds of nights in the past two years. This is my first negative review. Upon arriving I found the apartment not cleaned. They took over an hour to reply to me, by which point I had left to stay somewhere else. They refused to refund my money, and eventually stopped replying. Be careful! Thank you to hotels dot com for helping me out.

Pacific apartment staff are outstanding, Lara and the gentleman that works at the office are amazing people. They helped and accommodated for us all along in all our needs. They responded to all our call, even after hours promptly. Always with great energy and smile on their faces. Personalize treatment, they never forgot our names. Amazing staff that goes above and beyond. We felt very well taken care. Totally recommend !!

Cute & good view but not comfortable

Good communication. The couch was literally the worst ever. Dipped in the middle couldn’t sit. Had 1 coffee cup- had to ask for a second. No toilet paper when we arrived. Had to ask for more garbage bags. Things worn down.

Poor Apartment and Area

We will not stay here again. Not real twin beds, very narrow and short. If you are tall and heavy, forget it. The shower was small and could barely fit. Old and dated furniture and kitchen stuff. Located on outskirts and 20 minutes walk to the port. Not an area to find a taxi. The reviews were misleading. It is an Arb&b managed by a company. No taxis in the area. No restaurants in the area. I don’t recommend staying in this apartment or area. The unit is very small and not comfortable.

Booked room with a balcony. My room didn’t have it, several messages to their posted number via WhatsApp and Expedia went unanswered, we even tried their “emergency” number and no answer. We had other questions regarding the booking with no answer. They finally answered the day AFTER we checked out. Terrible customer service.

Dos cosas que se pueden mejorar: los colchones ya tuvieron sus mejores años, y entra demasiada luz por la noche, tuve que tapar los vidrios arriba de las camas con una colcha para oscurecer un poco la habitación y poder dormir, lo demás excelente!!

Estadia muito boa! Lugar lindo, apartamento no centro com vista para uma paisagem maravilhosa!O fogão possui apenas duas bocas, tivemos problemas com uma das chamas que acendia, porém não apagava. Os meninos da recepção foram bem atenciosos e nos deu assistência sempre que precisávamos! Só acho que deveria ter mais utensílios de cozinha. Recomendo e voltaria com certeza ‘

Melhor apartamento que já fiquei em viagem. Fica bem no centro da cidade mas muito silencioso. Limpeza impecável e a vista pro canal não tem explicação. Iremos voltae com certeza. Ainda deixaram a gente entrar no apto 3 horas antes do checkin. Continuem assim!

El departamento es super comodo y lindo, tal cual las fotos. Esta muy bien ubicado, a cuadras del supermercado y de varios lugares para comer. Gracias al hermoso balcon que tiene pudimos disfrutar de las auroras australes, y por las mañanas te despertas con una vistas increibles de Ushuaia. La cama comoda y baño limpio. Cocina funcional pero podria tener mejor calidad de utensilios. Recomendado!
