"We loved the apartment. The terrace afforded great views all around. The location was excellent. It was close to all the main sights, yet at the same time very quiet. Parking was relatively convenient—it was a short walk (though uphill), and cost only 2 euros/day. The apartment was well-equipped, though it would have been great if there is a bigger coffee maker—there was only a small “moka” so we had to wash it in the middle of breakfast in order to make more. But, all in all, it was a great...

"The hospitality and surroundings were exceptional. We greatly enjoyed our 2-week stay in rural Umbria, a part of Italy which remains Italian. The scenery is wonderful and if you enjoy cycling, walking or simply taking-in the unspoilt landscapes, this is certainly the place to stay. The property is maintained in excellent condition, has plenty of space and all the facilities you could reasonable ask for, and the owner lives only 30 minutes away should he be needed."

"We spent a wonderful holiday in a beautiful, idyllically located and just fantastic house. For us as a family with 2 children, we spent wonderful days at the pool and in nature, although it is a good half hour by car to the sea. Thanks to Claudia for the warm welcome, the many great tips and a wonderful holiday. We will definitely come again."
