"This time, we couldn't be accommodated in this property due to the fact we had forgotten one photo ID. We understood that'. The receptionist perfectly explained the rules. The refund was processed by the booking company. That's fine. The strange experience was in the restaurant we used before heading back home. The tip was rounded up much higher we mentioned. It was bizarre. After calling the hotel's restaurant first we heard we need to come back to do refund difference through the terminal which was rather inconvenient while we just returned back home. Fortunately, quite promptly, the restaurant manager called us back and mentioned that all had been fixed. It was a very unfortunate stay for us this time comparing to our very first visit in this hotel last year. I am aure that next time we will be able to enjoy this hotel facilities fully again. "Everyone was so incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially for a travel-weary family arriving very late. Although it was only a one-night stay, everything was wonderful. Staff went out of their way to help us. "

"This is a beautiful and quiet hotel, perfect for a relaxing weekend. A few things to be aware of for future guests: the main parking lot fills up very quickly on weekend evenings. There is an additional lot across the street, but it's easy to miss until you see other cars parked there. Also, note that the restaurant does not have its own restroom facilities."
