Pretty okay
It was okay. We went during the off season so the elevator was undergoing maintenance. The public area hot tub was pretty small, it only fits 4 people. Not the greatest for a winter stay and a long walk from the town center. Several small stains around the room, but overall fine.

April stay in Hotel
Hotel is based in few minutes walk to the beach and central of Ustka. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic. well recommended and if we will be back to Ustka we will stay again.

Booked Twin beds ... only double bed was available. Safe in room broken... reported to reception not fixed . No English .....leaflets or information

Nice but not really 3stars hotel
Nice family hotel, good food, all staff (apart from one receptionist) friendly and helpful. Close to the beach. However , our room needed a proper clean and a bathroom needed some attention.

We were very satisfied with the comfort and services offered at the hotel Jantar. Great breakfast; sauna, pool, and very close to a wonderful beach in Ustka. It is also a walking distance from the port and the center. The parking at the hotel is limited, so I recommend to reserve.

Zimmer sehr sauber, Essen Top. Nur die Fernsehsender (waren nur 2 auf deutsch) könnten noch erweitert werden. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert

Hotel nie spełnił moich oczekiwań. Klimatyzacja w pokoju byla uszkodzona. W pokoju bylo slychac odglosy kanalizacji, co przeszkadzało w spaniu.

Dzień dobry Dziękujemy za wniesione uwagi. Zachęcamy do skierowanie ich do recepcji hotelu. Wówczas mielibyśmy szansę na rozwiązanie problemu. Chcieliśmy zwrócić uwagę, że klimatyzacja nie mogła być uszkodzona, ponieważ hotel ogrzewany jest w sposób tradycyjny. Klimatyzacja jest jest stosowana w wyłącznie okresie wakacyjnym.

Miło i sympatycznie.
Hotel zasluguje na ***. Czysto, obsługa miła i bardzo pomocna. Jedzenie całkiem dobre, fajny basen do zrelaksowania sie i popływania. Położony blisko plaży, choć w grudniu to nie takie ważne. Bardzo pomysłowa eko choinka.

Jedzenie pyszne, obsługa bardzo miła :) Wszystko nam się podobało tylko woda w dużym basenie powinna być cieplejsza(była chłodna) oraz bardzo brakuje dostępnej siłowni lub chociaż sprzętów z których możnaby było skorzystać w weekendy podczas pobytu, gdy jest brzydka pogoda (bieżnia, rowerek stacjonarny, orbitrek)

W pokojach brak klimatyzacji. Obiady w hotelu klasyczne ale bardzo smaczne, śniadania mógłby być bardziej zróżnicowane.
