This hotel was recommended to us by friends, I’m sorry to say that we had a different experience. The reception staff did not seem to understand well, one receptionist was (?texting) on her phone before the guest had left the desk. The older dining room staff were very friendly but the younger ones were barely civil. The pool staff were also unfriendly. For most of our stay the elevator wasn’t working. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The housekeeping staff were great. Unfortunately we were here in the middle of December and there was not much to see or do. Most of the attractions were closed as were most of the restaurants.

Staff didn’t care

The staff was “as if they didn’t care” Unfriendly receptionist. Waiter that led you to the bar, and gave you a drinks menu card, when I asked for ala cart menu in the restaurant. Didn’t bother, when I pointed it out and left.

It was the worst check-in ever. There was such loud noise from kids playing some kind of racket ball game in the basement that I could hardly hear the check-in person. She was the most disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person!!! I almost left to go somewhere else. I think her name was Beata. Our room was not set up for three people but a very kind and helpful person on the evening shift helped and we got it straightened out. This was our worst experience so far on this trip. The parking situation was also very weird. Not good!!!!!

Die Zimmer waren sehr gut,das Hotel war prima, das Essen super lecker.. Die Strandbar war gut ...nur dort das Personal waren mit anderen sachen mehr beschäftigt als mit den Gästen. Man sollte vorne warten wegen tisch dauerte schon lange. Am Tisch selber dauert es ewig bis man Getränke bestellen konnten und noch länger musste man auf die Getränke warten .. Sehr schade

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Hotel und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die angenehme Atmosphäre, der tolle Service und die schöne Lage des Hotels. Wir konnten uns hier wunderbar erholen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem, großen Spa -Bereich und in Bestlage. Schöne Zimmer, leider hatten wir keine so schöne Aussicht vom Balkon (unter uns die Laderampe zur Belieferung). Das Personal war stets bemüht, freundlich und zuvorkommend, allerdings erschwerte die Kommunikation, dass die Mitarbeitenden selten und manchmal auch nur unzureichend auf Englisch mit uns verständigen konnten. Das Buffet und die Qualität der Speisen waren ausgezeichnet und stets abwechslungsreich. Die wöchentliche Disko Samstag Abend im Hotel war ein echtes Highlight.

Ein großes Lob an die Putzfrauen. Alle freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Anderweitige Mitarbeiter können sich gerne etwas abschauen. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich. In der eigenen Beachbar war alles top, von Personal bis Essen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war hervorragende und zentral. Das Frühstück war Abwechslungreich, große Auswahl und wurde immer reichlich nachgefüllt. Besonders gut war die nähe zum Strand. Zimmer waren sauber wurden täglich gereinigt. Die Beach Bar lag direkt am Stand. Auch das Personal war dort immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wie hin gehen.

Już od pierwszych chwil dało się odczuć *profesjonalizm obsługi* – uprzejmość, życzliwość i zaangażowanie personelu na każdym kroku sprawiały, że czułem się naprawdę dopieszczony. Pokoje nieskazitelnie czyste, codziennie perfekcyjnie przygotowane. Czystość w całym obiekcie – zarówno w częściach wspólnych, jak i w strefie wellness – na najwyższym poziomie. Na ogromne uznanie zasługuje również *jakość jedzenia* – różnorodne, świeże, idealnie przyprawione dania, zarówno śniadania, jak i kolacje. Wybór zadowoli nawet najbardziej wymagających.
