There was an active construction site directly beneath our balcony, causing constant noise and disruption. "The property is well mainteined. The room was clean with enough space considering it is located in an old Building. It has a little balony with 2 shairs and a table, looking at the interior od the Building. The Hotel have a little Common área with coffee and snacks. The only problem is that there is no advertising of any kind in the outside so you dont know where is it. "
