Holiday Home 'Gästehof Apolony' with Private Terrace, Garden & Wi-Fi

Located in Utecht, Gästehof Apolony offers 580 m² of space for up to 35 guests. The property features 9 apartments, each with a private bathroom, plus two fully equipped shared kitchens. High-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for video calls. Amenities include TV, washing machine, dryer, and heating (wall heating upstairs, radiators downstairs). Families will find 2 baby cots, 3 high chairs, and shared toys and books. There’s also a Bullerjahn stove in the large barn area and a private sauna for 3–4 people on the ground floor.



Outdoors, enjoy a private garden, a balcony, and 3 open terraces. A private barbecue is perfect for outdoor meals. One e-bike and one bicycle are available for exploring the area.



There are 12 shared parking spaces and a bike storage room on site. Up to 2 pets are allowed on request and only on the ground floor. Events, bachelor parties, and weddings are not permitted.



The house is quietly located in the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. The swimming beach at Lake Ratzeburg is just 500 m away. The A20 motorway is 10 minutes by car, Lübeck and Hamburg are 30 to 50 minutes away, and the Baltic Sea is about 45 minutes by car. Please note that mobile reception may be limited.
