"We would definitely stay there again, if or when we return. The hotel was very nice. The river view was wonderful. The complimentary continental breakfast was very good!
Having a pizza shop & beer downstairs was nice and convenient! Love the outside patio too!!"

"We loved staying in this big old mansion and appreciating how they built them in the old days. Jim and Susie are warm, friendly and accommodating hosts. The breakfast each morning was tasty and delicious. We got to really appreciate how nice Cherry Valley was when we went downtown to Cooperstown one night. What a horrible tourist town. It was nice to get back to Cherry Valley. We were there for the Glimmerglass festival which is very close and only a few minutes away."

"We checked in on our own for just 10 minutes and left this place. Nobody present to welcome us. No wifi and or internet, all fridges were unplugged. Web everywhere. Trees overgrown on hot tub and pool and many more! "

"Just like it's name, this B and B is alongside the Erie canal. The room was large, with a nice seating area had a kitchenette and a very comfortable bedroom. Little Falls City is a lovely area in the Mohawk Valley of New York State and is very walkable. I would recommend staying in this B&B if you find yourself in the area."

"Having been born and raised in this area, I wasn't familiar with this location when trying to find a place close to family when coming back to visit. The address said Fort Plain, however it's in town of Danube, outside of St. Johnsville, not even remotely close to FP. Mind the location, as that wasn't a big deal to travel back and forth. The problem came from the fact that nothing had been cleaned in quite some time. When I entered the B&B it was pitch black and I wasn't sure I was even in the...

"At the crest of a steep hill overlooking the Mohawk Valley, the property is well situated. Valerie welcomed us warmly and showed us where to find the necessities. All bathroom facilities work very well. The vicinity is very quiet. Full breakfast was delicious and plentiful. "

"Pros: Valerie is a kind host, and the property is in one of the most beautiful areas I have ever stayed.
Cons: There is one shared bathroom on the first floor. There is no bathroom in the room, or the one next door which I saw when I found out that the dividing door was not locked. The pillows did not have liners in the pillow cases and were stained so we did not use them. The sheets had other people's hair on them, so we didn't use the cover sheets or blankets. The part of the house we stayed...

"Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and everything else met our expectations.
The only issue was the bathtub drain. The water wouldn’t drain properly while showering, so we had to stand in dirty water the entire time. It was unpleasant and something that should definitely be fixed. Aside from that, everything else was good."
"Lodging off I-90 was all booked for the night. We found the Burrstone Inn off the highway a bit and it was perfect and well worth the short drive. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Other than some extra towels and wash cloths it was perfect. Breakfast was very good as well. We’ll be staying again!!"

"I booked two Studio Suites with two queen beds for my family of six. Since each suite also included a pull-out sofa bed, I realized one suite was enough for our one-night stay and asked to cancel the second room for a partial refund before checking in, but my request was denied.
To make matters worse, one of the two-queen suites I booked was unavailable due to a leak. Instead, the hotel gave us one two-queen suite and a much smaller king suite.
Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and the fact that the hotel could not provide the accommodations I had reserved. If a room type becomes unavailable because of a maintenance issue, guests should be offered an equivalent or better accommodation—not a smaller room that does not match the original booking."
"Bathroom was small, sink and counter were outside the bathroom which helped. The only problem was the bathroom door stuck badly and woke my son when using it during the night."
