After checking out, the staff were incredibly kind and allowed me to stay in the lobby for two hours while I waited for a family member. They even offered me coffee and access to Wi-Fi, which made my wait very comfortable. Their hospitality and thoughtfulness made me feel truly welcome. Thank you for the excellent service!

Clean and spacious room with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of outlets throughout the room. It was nice to have fresh lemon water in the reception area and the mints were great! I highly recommend and would stay there again.

Pro: Room was clean and well-insulated from external noise. Staff genuinely friendly and helpful, as much as they can be Con: Climate control in living room was stuck on 'constant fan' and very loud. There was no maintenance on hand on the Saturday evening we arrived so it was resolved only the day after. Small issue - while breakfast offerings were good, the eggs were unnecessarily on the sweet side

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. The hotel was stunning and I was very impressed with their complimentary social hour on Wednesdays and the breakfast as well. We enjoyed sitting outside and in the common dining area, all of the furniture looked new and chic. Thank you to Ashley who was very helpful during our stay, but really thank you to all of the staff— you were pleasant and made our stay enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Breakfast could have definitely had fresher options. The fold out sofa in our king suite was filthy and full of crumbs. The windows were filthy. Bathroom looked clean so that was nice. The staff was very nice. Would have loved to see the extra effort be put into cleanliness of the room.
