Family room for one night

Lovely hotel in convenient location just off the main road. Great cafe/ restaurant downstairs with reasonably priced meals. Room was spacious and comfortable. Really enjoyed it here.

Ottimo punto di sosta per lunghi viaggi e anche molto comodo perché vicinissimo all'uscita dell'autostrada. Ottimo prezzo, camera completa di tutto il necessario, pulita e letti comodi. Parcheggio riservato e gratuito. Comodissimo anche il ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato ottimi piatti di pesce, carne e verdure, il tutto cotto alla brace

Avions réservé (et confirmé) un appartement disposant d’une chambre et d’un salon séparé. Pourtant, à notre arrivée, je m’étonne qu’on me parle d’une chambre. Et on nous dit que l’hôtel étant complet (?), il n’y avait plus d’appartement disponible. Qu’à cela ne tienne, je demande 2 chambres à la place. Après quelques instants d’embarras et un coup de fil, nous obtenons l’appartement réservé. Outre le procédé un peu douteux, le petit-déjeuner (heureusement inclus) est indigne d’un hotel 3*voire d’un hôtel tout court. Salle et tables à la propreté douteuse, petits pains encore dans leur poche plastique …Mis à part des yaourts Danone et un excellent jus d’orange, les gâteaux semblaient avoir toujours été là… De plus, impossible de trouver un resto à moins d’aller à 15 km de là et encore, en cherchant bien ! Dommage, après avoir déjà fait 700km de voiture…

Très bon hôtel calme et agréable

Enfin un hôtel digne de ce nom à prix raisonnable. On accède très facilement à l'hôtel El Tollo situé très près de l'autoroute mais suffisamment loin pour ne pas entendre le moindre bruit de circulation. Dormez fenêtres ouvertes !. Une station-service et une station de lavage de voiture sont à proximité de l'hôtel. Ce dernier comprend un grand bar un restaurant et un parking fermé et gratuit. La réceptionniste ne se jette pas sur vous car elle a plusieurs fonctions mais reste très aimable comme le reste du personnel. La chambre est grande les fenêtres ferment bien. Les équipements ne sont pas neufs mais fonctionnent. Le chauffage est l'air conditionné fonctionne très bien et surtout la télévision n'est pas comme ces télévision de la taille d'un timbre-poste ; c'est une grande télévision de qualité Si vous passez près de Utiel, je vous recommande cet hôtel qui mérite 4 étoiles et demi sur 5

Ottimo come sempre, ogni anno che passa migliorano sempre di più. Camera cena e servizio bar ottimo, attiguo alla struttura nella parte posteriore c’è il distributore per fare rifornimento… tutto quello che un viaggiatore necessita…. Personale disponibile e simpatico … ritorno sicuramente come faccio da alcuni anni ogni volta che dal Portogallo mi reco in Italia, El Tollo è tappa fissa.

La habitación era amplia y limpia. El hotel estaba bien El desayuno incluido en el precio, pésimo en calidad y en servicio. Se trataba de un bocadillo, café con leche y alguna pasta. El ESCASO personal estaba desbordado porque había mucho público y no podÍan atender correctamente. Todo era estrés. El plato con el bocadillo que nos trajeron casi nos lo tiraron encima de la mesa FATAL, no volveríamos...

l booked a double room for single use. But was moved to a single bedded room as they were full. Their attempts to remedy were hopeless. The room was over a noisy terrace, stank of smoke ,decor tired.All staff multi tasking like mad and overworked. Awful place just convenient for main road, fuel, parking. Stale pastries at breakfast
