"The pictures listed for this stay don’t do it justice - the back patio is beautiful and the interior is very well equipped and decorated. Richard was an incredibly kind an attentive host. My friends and I loved hanging out on the front and back patios in the mornings, taking trips to Amsterdam during the day, and relaxing in the hot tub at night. Overall amazing stay! "No Air Conditioning as advertised. Spiders and bugs in every corner. Barely parking for a bicycle- no room for a vehicle. The shower room smelled so bad of sewer we had to leave after only 1 night. No refund offered dispute the false listing. Even the kid bunks had spider webs across them. Look elsewhere for a much better find. "

"Incredible and kind front desk. I stayed there a week and they took excellent care of me. Over and beyond care. I will always remember the Leonardo Utrecht front desk staff. Great location, easy to walk to the train station and into the University. Gorgeous room with wonderful window light and view of the tower. "
