"L annonce indiquait un rdc car nous avions une personne qui n était pas physiquement capable de monter ou descendre des escaliers et finalement on s est retrouvé avec un appart se situant à moins 2 étages. Heureusement la personne qui fait les entrées a eu la gentillesse de bien vouloir nous changer d appartement mais il a fallu du coup attendre 19h le soir.. Concernant la description de l annonce la première chose indiquée sur l annonce est Wifi hors la veille de l arrivée 20h30 bous recevons...
